Because when leaders are shaping our arts and culture community, representation matters.

Our efforts ensure that everyone can have a voice in shaping Central Florida's arts and culture community.

Thank you to the Duke Energy Foundation and Greenburg Traurig for their support.

Diverse Leadership Pipeline

Reflecting Our Community, Diversifying Decision Makers

In our pursuit of a vibrant and inclusive arts and cultural sector, United Arts has developed a program to address board vacancies and succession within local nonprofit organizations. Through the Diverse Leadership Pipeline, we aim to connect individuals with the passion and skill sets needed to drive positive change in Central Florida's arts and cultural landscape.

Diversity in the Arts Grants Program

The Diversity in the Arts Grants Program is dedicated to providing funding and technical assistance for BIPOC leadership and cultural organizations who serve underrepresented populations in our region.

We believe in intentional investments that fuel the growth, stability, and representation of the culturally diverse communities in our region. Introduced in 2021 by United Arts, this program takes an action-oriented approach to amplifying opportunities for people of color to create and engage in transformative cultural programming throughout Central Florida.
