Step out of time into the fantasy architecture and beautiful gardens of Greater Orlando’s only National Historic Landmark, the Maitland Art Center. Now home to the Art & History Museums of Maitland (A&H), the Maitland Art Center was founded in the 1930s by visionary artist J. André Smith as an artists’ retreat.
On these guided walking tours, you’ll see thousands of sculptures, carvings, and murals while hearing fascinating stories about the history they represent. This tour is appropriate for all ages (but recommended for ages 13 and up).
Your ticket also gets you access to visit the Maitland Art Center gallery, Maitland History Museum and Telephone Museum after your tour.

The Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens provides a variety of learning experiences for all ages and knowledge levels. We know you’ll be inspired by the Polasek story, setting, and art!

Enhance your art experience with a guided tour of the museum with a docent or educator.
Tours are typically conducted Tuesday – Friday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., and on Sunday from 1 – 3:00 p.m. Tours are 45 – 55 minutes in length for adults, and 30 – 40 minutes for children.

Enjoy a self-guided walking tour as ab introduction to our beautiful community and the historic buildings of Winter Park. There are twenty stops on the main tour. For the more intrepid walker there are four additional sites on the north end of Park Avenue.
The first stop is the Winter Park Historical Museum located in the Winter Park Farmers Market building at 200 W. New England Avenue where you can pick up your free walking tour brochure.
Visitors to Winter Park may also want to tour the Mediterranean revival style campus of Rollins College, Hannibal Square (the city’s historically African-American neighborhood) and the nearby residential neighborhoods that feature a variety of vintage architectural styles.
