Neal Goldner serves as vice president, Investor Relations for Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation since April 2019.

Mr. Goldner began his career at Ernst & Young in New York where he specialized in the taxation of investmentcompanies and high net-worth individuals. While attending business school Mr. Goldner began his nearly 12 year buy-side equity research career at DLJ Asset Management in New York, remaining there after graduation. In 1997, Mr. Goldner transitioned to NCM Capital in Durham, North Carolina as the vice president, senior equity analyst where hedelivered investment recommendations to portfolio managers within several different  industries including consumergoods, healthcare, technology and telecommunications, while also managing a midcap value portfolio. In 2000 hejoined State Street Capital in Boston where he continued his analyst work focusing on the global consumer andhealthcare sectors.

In 2006 Mr. Goldner left the buy-side, transitioning to Investor Relations. He joined Kellogg Company in Battle Creek,Michigan as the director, Investor Relations and competitor analysis where he managed the Investor Relationsdepartment and was the primary contact for the investment community. He returned to the New York area in 2007 as the vice president of Investor Relations at Henry Schein, a global distributor of dental and medical products. In thisrole, he developed a strategic plan for the Investor Relations department of this Fortune 500 healthcare servicescompany and was the primary contact for the investment community. Most recently, Mr. Goldner worked for Avis Budget Group, Inc. in Parsippany, New Jersey as the vice president of Investor Relations. In this role, he led theInvestor Relations program, a $9 billion global provider of mobility services since 2010.

Mr. Goldner holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting from Baruch College in New York anda Master of Business Administration degree in finance and marketing from Columbia Business School also in NewYork. Mr. Goldner is currently serving as a director of NIRI-Florida and previously served on the NIRI Senior Roundtable Steering Committee and as a director of NIRI-New York. NIRI is the largest professional investor relations association in the world.
