Dan O’Keefe is the Central Florida Office Managing Partner of MSL CPAs and Advisors and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He has over 45 years of public accounting, governmental, and not-for-profit experience. He has provided services to numerous municipalities, counties, school districts, other governmental entities, not-for-profit organizations and commercial entities. In addition, he provides consulting services in the areas of internal control assessments, litigation support, fraud remediation, and performance reviews.
Dan holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Canisius College in Buffalo New York and a M.B.A. from The Florida State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and he is also a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Dan is the Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees of Seminole State College, Past Chair of United Arts of Central Florida, and the Past Chair of the Board of Directors of the Winter Park Chamber.
