ORLANDO – March 7, 2023 – United Arts of Central Florida announced today that five weeks into the annual Collaborative Campaign for the Arts, donations total over $3.3 million. United Arts and the 33 campaign partners (listed below) are working together to unite the community and raise $6 million in support of local arts and culture before April 30.
“I am thrilled that United Arts and the campaign partners have hit this significant mark so early in the campaign,” said Jennifer Evins, president and CEO of United Arts. “I am thankful to the members of our community who have already made the commitment to support local arts and culture and urge those who have not yet made their contribution to help us keep up the momentum needed to reach our $6 million goal. The best way to fuel the arts in our community is by doing it together.”
United Arts and the campaign partners have already made significant strides toward the 2023 Collaborative Campaign for the Arts’ goal, but every dollar is critical. When the campaign exceeds $6 million in donations, an additional $500,000 from Orange County will be unlocked — in the form of a challenge grant.
Donations during the Collaborative Campaign provide vital funds to help fuel the local arts and cultural community. Contributions designated to any of the campaign partners through the Collaborative Campaign for the Arts are eligible to receive a 15% match by United Arts, maximizing contributions.
The Collaborative Campaign for the Arts runs from February 1 through April 30. The complete list of contribution options for the 2023 Collaborative Campaign for the Arts is listed below.
