ORLANDO, Fla. – (May 1, 2025) – Today, United Arts of Central Florida (United Arts) proudly announced that the 2025 Collaborative Campaign for the Arts (“Collaborative Campaign”)  raised more than $9 million, surpassing the $6.5 million goal, to support 40 arts, science, and history organizations by its April 30 conclusion. The annual Collaborative Campaign  has grown 125% since 2021 – this remarkable achievement marks the largest campaign to date and highlights the value of 32 years of collaboration and collective giving by donors through the annual campaign.  The campaign’s success leverages matching grants of $1,250,000 from United Arts and Orange County Government.

The Collaborative Campaign showcases our vibrant local arts and cultural community by uniting 40 arts, science, and history organizations in Central Florida in a collaborative effort to inspire giving from December 1 to April 30. 100% of every contribution remains within Central Florida, strengthening artists, creatives and nonprofit organizations across the region to help them thrive. The profound impact of investments in the arts is clear, with Central Florida receiving more than $500 million in direct economic benefits and sustaining more than 9,400 local jobs, while enriching the lives of more than 600,000 children through expanded arts education experiences.

Jennifer Evins, president and CEO of United Arts of Central Florida shared, “This year’s Collaborative Campaign is a testament to the Central Florida community’s resounding dedication to our arts and culture sector, especially in the face of ongoing public funding hurdles. Our region  is growing rapidly and so is the need for a stronger arts community.  It is heartening to witness so many donors coming together to support their passions and make generous contributions to strengthening the arts. Together, we are ensuring that arts, science and history are available to all people, so that everyone, from our neighbors to our future generations, can prosper in a more inspiring and enriching community.”

Thanks to a $500,000 Challenge Grant from Orange County, the Collaborative Campaign inspired more than 1,344 new donors to give  this year, showcasing the power of the matching grant to attract new donors.

“Page 15 was thrilled to once again participate in the United Arts Collaborative Campaign this year,” said Julia Young, executive director of Page 15. “As a small language arts and empowerment nonprofit, it’s deeply meaningful to connect with Central Florida’s generous community of Arts supporters. This campaign helped us raise $7,900, and has opened a new chapter for our organization, one where new supporters are discovering the impact of uplifting young voices through creative writing, poetry, and publishing!”

The annual campaign is organized and operated by United Arts each year and is the largest collaborative fundraising campaign for the arts in Florida and second largest in America.  Many of the arts and cultural nonprofits do not have dedicated fundraising staff and this campaign allows all the organizations to build a family of donors to advance their mission and achieve greater impact in our local community.
