Rochelle Brockington is a seasoned financial executive with 20 years of experience in nonprofit finance, accounting, and risk management. As CFO of United Arts of Central Florida, she will be responsible for applying innovative financial management systems and data-driven strategies to enhance the organization’s operations and financial sustainability. Rochelle will lead budgeting, planning, compliance, and reporting functions while strengthening the financial practices of United Arts’ grantees. Her leadership will help to advance the organization’s mission to expand access to arts, science, and history throughout Central Florida.

Before joining United Arts, Rochelle served as Senior Director of Finance at Jeremiah Program and Vice President of Finance at Quest, Inc., where she managed multimillion-dollar budgets of $20 million and $30 million, respectively. At both organizations, she spearheaded strategic initiatives to improve financial transparency, streamline processes, and implement new financial systems. Her expertise encompasses risk management, audit leadership, and financial strategy for complex, multi-entity operations. Rochelle holds an MBA from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from Roosevelt University.
