Rob Matschner has over 25 years of experience in public and private accounting and works exclusively with healthcare providers and not-for-profit organizations, many of which are subject to Government Auditing Standards and Federal and State Single Audit requirements.
Rob has extensive experience leading audit and consulting engagements for a variety of healthcare and not-for-profit organizations. His experience includes overseeing the audits of several large senior living and care providers, skilled nursing, HUD-financed facilities, and not-for-profit organizations. In addition, Rob has provided consulting and litigation support on internal control, financing transactions, revenue cycle and accounts receivable, ability to pay agreements, and transactional accounting consulting.
Rob’s prior experience working in the private healthcare industry and his involvement with not-for-profit organizations’ Boards gives him a unique understanding and perspective of the needs and the challenges they experience.
Rob has spoken at multiple healthcare industry, not-for-profit, and accounting conferences. He regularly provides CPE training to clients, peers, and MSL staff on various accounting and industry topics.
