As the Senior Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility at Florida Blue and Florida Blue Foundation, Nisha is devoted to empowering people and communities and championing better health for all. She plays a pivotal role in tackling social determinants of health and enhancing access to good quality care by directing investments, building partnerships, and establishing strong community engagement to ensure resources are directed towards meaningful initiatives. Before Florida Blue, notable accomplishments include launching solution-based efforts such as the Orlando Region Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Pledge, UpSkill Orlando, the Business Recovery Assistance and Collaborative Engagement (B.R.A.C.E.), and the award-winning Black Boardroom Leadership Institute (BBLI). Nisha dedicates her time and expertise to the cause of ending generational poverty and is a devoted Board Member for The Sharing Center, serving as the Vice Chair of the Marketing and Communications Committee, where she actively contributes strategic insights and guidance to help orchestrate campaigns that shed light on homelessness. Additionally, she is the founding board member of the Albert Wilson Foundation and board member of Florida Blue’s Aspire Community. Beyond her board responsibilities, she generously serves as a mentor with Take Stock in Children.
