With over 30 years of experience as an industry senior executive, consulting executive, and board member, Linda thrives in leading organizations to adapt to changing industry dynamics. She effectively balances market opportunities with operational improvements to transform customer experience and speed new offerings. Through Linda’s many years managing geographically dispersed teams, she has helped craft new ways to recruit, develop, and retain talent in a post-pandemic environment.

Linda’s leadership philosophy puts the emphasis on people and culture to drive results having lead organizations to achieve their goals through vision alignment, strategic planning & execution, sustainability & conservation , innovation & deployment of new technologies, organizational performance management, board governance, leadership development, and succession planning. Her experience spans a wide set of industries including utilities, entertainment & media, retail & consumer products, hospitality, transportation, logistics, and real estate development.

Linda is a sought after speaker at the national, state, and local level on topics including utility grid de-carbonization, energy and water conservation, transportation electrification, energy equity, utility emerging technologies, customer experience, strategy, and leadership development. Linda is a passionate leader on national, state, and community boards and currently serves on the board of Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA), Large Public Power Council – Emerging Trends, Florida Municipal Electric Association – Mutual Aid, Florida Coordinating Group – Electrification, Florida Solar Energy Center, Orlando Economic Partnership Exec Committee (OEP), Board Vice Chair for Central FL United Arts, and the Central Florida Foundation. Linda has additional board service as a Commissioner and Board President for the Orlando Utility Commission, the Orlando Science Center, the Ladies Professional Golf Association, the Mennello Museum of American Art, Imagine IT! The Children’s Museum of Atlanta, United Way, and executive and board level coaching.

Linda has held executive or management positions with Orlando Utilities Commission, North Highland Consulting, Ernst & Young Consulting, NCR, and PepsiCo (The Quaker Oats Company) and hold a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University.
