Kate Wilson is Vice President of Community Relations for Universal Orlando Resort and Executive Director of the Universal Orlando Foundation. She is a seasoned public affairs and community relations leader with more than 20 years of experience in stakeholder engagement and corporate social impact.
Kate’s career includes senior leadership roles at Wells Fargo, where she directed statewide community affairs strategy, and at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where she oversaw corporate social responsibility initiatives. Earlier in her career, she served at Harvard Business School, leading internal communications and major institutional projects.
Deeply committed to civic leadership, Kate has served on numerous nonprofit and civic boards, including the Florida State Parks Foundation, Prospera U.S.A., the Florida Chamber Foundation, Boston Children’s Chorus, Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston, and the Metropolitan Boston Housing Partnership. She is also a member of Leadership Florida’s Cornerstone Class 37.
Kate holds a B.A. in Political Science with a concentration in Latin American Studies from Providence College.
