Jennifer Lowndes

Professionally, Ms. Lowndes is a Partner with Holland & Knight’s Construction Industry Practice Group. She has a dedicated legal practice assisting clients with complex and innovate development and construction projects in Florida and throughout the United States. Ms. Lowndes routinely counsels large construction managers, design/build engineering firms, developers and large equipment manufacturers in both the public and private sectors with contract review and negotiations, real-time claim development and resolution, as well as representation in arbitrations (domestic and international) and litigation (state and federal court). Personally, Ms. Lowndes is a native to Central Florida and long time patron and supporter of the many vibrant arts organizations in our community.
