Elisha González is a strategic and trusted Educator and Public Affairs Executive with an extensive career of strengthening stakeholder relations statewide. Elisha is the Vice President of Community Relations and Government Affairs and Executive Director of the FAIRWINDS Foundation. In her role, she leads the company’s community affairs initiatives, programmatic activities, strategic philanthropy, team member engagement, market reputation risk, planning and budgeting. González has been instrumental in the new, unified vision for the FAIRWINDS Foundation, where she leads the philanthropic effort to bolster organizations that advocate financial literacy, education and volunteerism by working with FAIRWINDS crew members in the community. She works closely with line of business executives and market leaders to influence positive outcomes and solutions that impact local communities, managing relationships with key community stakeholders and issues impacting the financial services industry. Elisha is incredibly engaged throughout the state of Florida and is sought out for her expertise in supporting both profit and nonprofits for her genuine engagement, philanthropic advice and results oriented board service. She has worked throughout her career to make the state better through education, appointed by several Florida Governors to statewide committee’s and boards. Over the years, Elisha has served on numerous boards and community-wide efforts, and currently serves on the board of Prospera USA, Florida Chamber Foundation, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando, United Arts of Central Florida, Heart of Florida United Way, Junior Achievement of Central Florida. She is highly regarded for creating successful collaborations and community initiatives. Elisha is well known for bringing individuals, and nonprofits together to get results.
