Brian is a member of Maynard Nexsen’s Government Solutions Group, a dedicated inter-disciplinary team of legal professionals providing client support and representation before multiple levels of government and at every stage of the procurement process. A native Floridian, Brian has spent 20 years advising clients through all types of business matters and complex transactions. Brian’s clientele includes second stage, privately held, and emerging businesses, and private equity investors, and span a broad range of industries, having a particular concentration in the technology, manufacturing, and commercial space and launch markets.Brian frequently advises clients on issues related to entity formation, corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, and private equity and debt financings, outsourcing, strategic alliance, and teaming arrangements, consulting and service agreements, and the licensing of intellectual property, as well as other types of business matters.
