Steve Brown is an entrepreneur and business leader with more than 30 years of experience in hospitality, entertainment, technology, and revenue strategy.
Steve previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of accesso Technology Group, a global technology company serving attractions, cultural venues, ski resorts, and live entertainment destinations around the world. He originally founded and led the accesso business beginning in 2008, later guiding its growth through significant expansion and multiple acquisitions. Under his leadership, the company became a leading provider of ticketing, eCommerce, and guest experience technology serving venues across more than 30 countries.
Prior to accesso, Steve held leadership roles with Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, and Six Flags, specializing in pricing strategy, ticketing, revenue management, and operations. During his 16-year career with Disney, he served in a variety of finance and strategic leadership positions, including Director of Walt Disney World Ticketing and Vice President of Revenue Management for Disneyland Resort.
Today, Steve is the owner and founder of The Glass Knife, an award-winning bakery and restaurant concept based in Winter Park, Florida. Through both his business and community involvement, he remains passionate about hospitality, guest experience, entrepreneurship, and supporting the Central Florida community.
Steve earned his MBA from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of South Florida.
